Who we are

This website, www.insuredocket.com, is operated by InsureDocket (“we”, “us”). We help people and businesses compare insurance and takaful from partner insurers and run a secure client portal for corporate customers. For questions about this policy, contact info@insuredocket.com.

What we collect

  • Quote requests. When you ask for quotes we collect your name, mobile number, city, optional e-mail address, and the details needed for the cover you choose (for example vehicle make, model, year and value; the ages of the people to be insured; travel destination and dates).
  • Client portal accounts. For corporate users: name, username, e-mail address, role, and a record of actions taken in the portal, kept for security and audit purposes.
  • Technical information. Our servers record your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the service secure (for example to limit repeated sign-in attempts) and to fix problems.

How we use it

  • To prepare and send you insurance quotes and to contact you about your request.
  • To share your request with the partner insurers that quote for you. You agree to this when you submit the form.
  • To provide the client portal, and to protect our service and our users against fraud and misuse.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share your details only with the partner insurers involved in your request, with service providers who host and operate this website for us under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

We use one strictly necessary cookie to keep portal users signed in. The public website does not use analytics or advertising cookies of its own.

When advertisements are shown on this website, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets it and its partners serve ads based on those visits. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and opt out of some other vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and portal records for as long as needed to handle your request, provide the service and meet legal obligations, and then delete them.

Security

All connections to this website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to personal information is limited to authorised staff with individual accounts and role-based permissions, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@insuredocket.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information except as part of a family insurance request made by a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
